The Job:

  • Develop and implement eCommerce and B2B strategies to increase revenue, improve customer experience, and optimise product listings across different platforms, both international and local eCommerce platforms.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in their eCommerce and B2B operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient online sales process.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Platform Reps and Partners to stay informed about marketplace changes and opportunities.
  • Drive innovation in the eCommerce and B2B operations.

  • Develop and clarify the digital strategy and set immediate and future priorities.
  • Upgrade existing digital platforms.
  • Identify new digitally savvy initiatives.
  • Agree with Directors new fulfilment opportunities.
  • Create and drive digital marketing activations.
  • Collaborate and work alongside marketing team.
  • Service all digital needs across all company brands.
