PURPOSE


The main purpose of this role is to provide an organisational research and enterprise business architectural function to assist the Strategy and Transformation Officer with the overall strategy management process in line with the company's strategy management policy and frameworks.


You will be expected to provide a structured, model-driven approach to assist with the building and managing of the organization's transformation journey in line with the Company's strategy and desired operating model.


You would be expected to understand the ways in which business strategy and value streams are translated into operation, integrating organization, process, and information elements.

This role will enable the realization of the strategic objectives.
