Duties and responsibilities:

  • Knowledge in one or all the aforementioned areas, as well as the ability to communicate with clients, write effectively, and manage & resolve customer queries.
  • Selfstarter personality and would be able to manage themselves.
  • Be able to correspond with clients and do quotes.
  • Servicing clients in terms of queries, keeping customers up to date and new business.
  • Changing of beneficiaries and switch forms.
  • Looking for new business opportunities from the current client base.
