KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to the Design Director and Sales Manager
  • Assist with sales administration and operations
  • Implement a CRM system and update the ESP mailing/contact lists
  • Manage online sales enquiries
  • Assist with administration requirements of the company
  • Keep up to date the company filing system and company databases
  • Generate quotations
  • Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure that all Client accounts are kept up to date
  • Work with the Operations and Procurement Team to ensure all live orders are well managed and delivered on time
  • Maintain good relations with all Customers
  • Manage the sales team diary
  • Continually work to promote the ESP brand globally

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm and high work ethic
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Interest and enthusiasm for the sports industry and in particular Strength Training
  • A high degree of selfmotivation and ambition
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks Capable of working in a high pressure environment

REMUNERATION:

Annual Salary:
