Based in the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains and in the Corbières Wine producing area this Boutique Hotel lies among a vibrant small community and many tourist attractions, close to the Spanish border and an international airport.

Having owned a splendidly successful similar concept in South Africa, the owners wish to grow the property to include wine tastings, picnics, cooking classes etc.

Therefore, Hosting Skills are of prime importance.

You will be obsessive about two things. First, that guests have a great experience.

You must be friendly, outgoing, willing to provide recommendations, solve guest issues immediately, and be focused on guests feeling welcome and at home.

Second, you must be singularly focused on cleanliness, presentation and maintaining the property at all times.

You are outgoing, responsible, experienced, and versatile in managing the day-to-day operations. Being a small hotel, the team does it all, with some ability to hire part time help as required. Your responsibilities include all housekeeping, website, breakfasts, maintenance, guest check in, and needs resolution as required

SSENTIAL Requirements:
Authorization to work in France

Hospitality Management training + 4 years' experience

Driver's License

Strong Leadership and Hosting skills

Kitchen Skills

You have a strong work ethic.

Knowledge of Hotel Management & Reservation Systems

You will do what is needed to make the hotel successful and don't feel that anything is beneath you.

Enthusiasm to run a new project.


You will work hard, but in return, you'll call the beautiful mountainous, wine producing area your home, have a fully furnished, newly renovated 2-bedroom house in the village with private terrace, and a competitive salary.
