We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to lead and oversee our project management office which serves internal and external clients.

The PMO Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, ensuring projects are planned and a master of completed on time, within scope, and within budget.


The PMO Manager will work closely with senior leadership internally and with our clients' leadership to align project goals with the strategic objectives, provide guidance and support to project managers, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain project management standards and best practices.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and implement PMO policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational, client and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage the PMO budget.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for project managers.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership internal and client.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO.
  • Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning.
  • Support the adoption of project management tools and technologies.
  • Lead change management initiatives related to project management.
  • Maintain a repository of project documentation and lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • PMP or MSP withPRINCE2 equivalent project management certification. Agile Project Management certification.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage project budgets and financials.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Experience in risk management and issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing PMO policies and procedures.
  • Ability to provide training and development to project managers.
  • Proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
