Minimum Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Retail / Operations Management or related qualification

5+ years' experience in the Restaurant / FMCG / Retail trade

3+ years' Area / Regional Management experience

Drivers Licence and own reliable transport

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

OPERATIONS
Conduct regular store audits

Analyse the results of various reports

Conduct daily store visits integrated with operational involvement

FEEDBACK
Weekly feedback meetings with Senior Ops

Conduct monthly review meetings with COO discuss a regions performance

Conduct monthly franchisee meetings with franchise operator to discuss store performance and its operations

Investigate, follow-up and feedback on customer complaints and compliments

Send monthly feedback reports to Franchisee

FINANCIALS
Monitor and analyse cost of sales in conjunction with admin reporting

Monitor and manage store/s budgets and costs

Maintain profitability through increased sales and reduced costs while maintaining company operating standards

Salary:
R25 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
