Home Service Direct is a fast-growing lead generation agency specializing in providing lead generation for home services businesses.

Our mission is to help our clients grow and prosper by delivering the best leads while expanding our reach into new niches.

We are currently in search of a driven and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team.

The Marketing Manager will take the lead in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, overseeing our marketing team, and driving customer acquisition.

This role also involves monitoring and evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns, setting targets, and ensuring clear and effective communication with the team and our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Oversee SEO, Google Ads, Facebook ads efforts, collaborating closely with team members to optimize campaigns and maximize results.
  • Continuously analyze the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, using datadriven insights to improve our strategies and approaches.
  • Set ambitious targets for customer acquisition, and devise strategies to meet those targets within the specified timelines.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and developments, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to strengthen our brand presence and market penetration.
  • Develop and oversee the production of engaging marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with both the team and our clients, keeping them informed about progress and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the lead generation or digital marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Asana, and other project management and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the digital marketing industry.
  • This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.
  • Must be proficient in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook ads. Do not need to be the master at them, but must understand how to manage the team.
