  • Achieve 100% of the target for both lease and non-lease fleet retention in accordance with budget requirements.
  • Retain 100% of the fleet opening balance for both lease and non-lease.
  • Create opportunity sheets and identify opportunities for upselling, then implement strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain credit facility availability and conduct regular reviews to prevent frustration and delays.
