As a Senior Recruiter, you are at the forefront of connecting management talent to unmatched opportunities. Every day you'll interface with both potential team members from across Cape Town and our prestigious, values-aligned clients.

Your role goes beyond mere recruiting; you become the bridge that fosters understanding, showcases our values, and ensures both our clients and team members find the perfect fit.


WHAT WILL FILL YOUR WORKDAY:

  • Strategize and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract and engage toptier talent for Client Success Manager and Account Manager roles.

  • Exceptional intercultural communication skills and empathy.
  • Proactive, with an ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong clientfacing skills, with an ability to understand and deliver on client expectations.

YOU HAVE ADVANCED SKILLS IN

  • Managing fullcycle recruitment processes.
  • Building and sustaining strong client relationships, with a focus on understanding and delivering on the nuanced requirements of Client Success and Account Management roles.
  • Leveraging your network and industry knowledge to connect with top professionals in the Management space, ensuring a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leading and mentoring junior recruiters, fostering team growth and development.
