Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an Instructional Training Designer to join our team on-site across the nation. As the Instructional Training Designer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing training programs, conducting needs analysis, managing training activities, applying instructional design methods, and utilizing learning management systems.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs
  • Conduct needs analysis
  • Manage and deliver training activities
  • Apply instructional design methodologies
  • Utilize learning management systems

  • Qualifications:
  • Training Program Design and Needs Analysis skills
  • Training and Development and Learning Management skills
  • Instructional Design skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
  • Experience in a corporate environment is a plus
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • SSP and POS system knowledge
  • Previous retail experience
  • Role involves extensive travel

Term and Remuneration

This is a 6-month contract role with a rate of R470 per hour. Candidates should be able to commence immediately.
