Service Advisor Administrator (Construction Equipment Industry)

Geographical area:
Honeydew, Gauteng

Salary range:
R R CTC pm

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Appointment scheduling
  • Work order management (job cards)
  • Inventory and supplies management
  • Invoicing and payments
  • Customer interaction
  • Preventative maintenance scheduling and machine commissioning
  • Warranty claims

Minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Grade 12 / Equivalent
  • Excellent SAP knowledge
  • 35 years experience in similar rol
  • Knowledge of workshop operations and inventory management
