The TrainingContent Developer Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the design,development, and implementation of training programs and materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education,Instructional Design, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in projectmanagement and content development within a training or educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of instructionaldesign models and adult learning principles.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoringtools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).

PreferredSkills:
Excellent organizational andtime-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonalskills.

Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.

PMP or other project managementcertification is a plus.

Experience with multimedia production,including video editing and graphic design.

Familiarity with SCORM and xAPIstandards.

Project Management:

  • Leadand manage training content development projects from initiation tocompletion.
  • Developproject plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinatewith cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, instructionaldesigners, and multimedia developers.
  • Monitorproject progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of trainingmaterials.
