- Conduct in-depth legal research and perform editorial tasks to support the development of high-quality content.
- Monitor current awareness and stay up-to-date with changes in the law to ensure our content remains relevant and accurate.
- Draft and revise legal content, overseeing projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality output.
- Improve operational effectiveness by standardizing and streamlining processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Edit manuscripts for house style, grammar, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
- Perform task-specific research to support the development of new content and projects.
- Manage relationships with outside authors and contractors, ensuring timely submissions and high-quality output.
- Identify and electronically link product sets and online sources to enhance the user experience.
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure the accuracy and relevance of our content.
- Provide general editorial support to ensure the smooth operation of our content development process.
- Create training documents to support the development of our team members.
- Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) or equivalent.
- Admitted attorney with at least three years of PQE experience in commercial and/or business matters preferred.
- Display analytical, legal research, and writing abilities.
- Have skills of high caliber.
- Show interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
- Able to adapt to changing business demands.
- Possess technical aptitude.
- Be a curious learner with a demonstrated growth mindset.
