  • Identify and target potential customers through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our products or services to potential customers.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs, and on the technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.

  • Continually update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the market.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings and identify new opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand networks and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to provide feedback and insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A Marketing Diploma or Sales Diploma will be considered.

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and negotiate with customers.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills to showcase product features and benefits.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and customer relationship management.
  • Resilient, selfmotivated, and resultsoriented mindset
