Key Performance Indicators will include, but not limited:

  • Supervise MAP CCTV control room.
  • Daily Reports on discrepancies.
  • Investigate branch incidents remotely as well as physically.
  • Draft incident reports.
  • Draft investigation reports.
  • Ensure all security health check failures are actioned and repaired without delay.
  • Supervise outscored CCTV operators and other security staff.

Requirements:

  • Matric Minimum of 5 years' experience in a security environment including CCTV and investigations.
  • Experience Warehousing and Retail security.
  • Must have a good understanding of contractual security and internal company security.
  • Health and Safety background would be an added advantage.
  • Be a good team player Some business acumen.
