RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Key Accounts Manager to join our client's team in the food manufacturing industry.

As a leading provider of recruitment services, RPO Recruitment is committed to finding top talent for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing national key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with national key accounts in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Be the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Understand key account requirements and develop tailored solutions and services to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, delivery, and customer support.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, key account activities, and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing national key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain longterm relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required to visit key accounts and attend industry events.
