My client is a renowned brand committed to excellence, seeking a passionate and experienced Operations Assistant to support our the Operations Manager across multiple restaurant locations.


Position:
Operations Assistant

Location:
Various locations, not office-bound

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Area Managers, General Managers, and Head Chefs to ensure smooth operations across multiple restaurant venues.
  • Maintain a keen focus on service delivery and guest satisfaction, upholding the brand's reputation for excellence.
  • Utilize your extensive experience in restaurant management and luxury brand standards to drive operational efficiency and uphold quality standards.
  • Coordinate with onsite teams to address operational challenges, implement improvements, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in working across different locations, providing support where needed to optimize operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist in procurement processes, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Serve as a liaison between frontline staff and management, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in General Management within the restaurant industry, preferably within luxury dining establishments.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented mindset, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Own transport is essential for mobility between various locations.
  • A passion for excellence and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and weekends as needed to support operational requirements.
