Job Overview:
PETS furever (Wagworld) is on the lookout for an experienced

Sales Representative who has experience in the FMCG and Retail industry and has a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Western Cape area, as well as implement the national sales strategy across multiple target markets in the pet care industry in conjunction with the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the national sales strategy in collaboration with the senior management team across the Western Cape.
  • Achieve sales targets for your area and ensure that they are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and customers.
  • Manage and motivate the sales teams in stores to ensure that they meet their targets and deliver highquality customer service by selling your products.
  • Providing daily feedback to the sales head and sales administrative team.
  • Ensure that the sales team members in stores are trained and up to date with product knowledge and arrange regular product training to ensure sales growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity and use the information attained to inform your sales strategy to grow your allocated region.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Sales and businessrelated qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales in the FMCG and Retail industry
  • Experience in the pet care industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to travel across the Western Cape weekly
