Job Purpose

  • To ensure all logistics related to administration and reporting support is provided to various teams within the business particularly client solutions, distribution, operations and client experience

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring good, timeous communications to stakeholders around new developments, enhancements and updates that impact other areas of the business.

  • Keep abreast of legislation and other industry changes that impacts on role by reading the relevant newsletters; websites and attending sessions.

People Specification

  • Essential Qualifications
  • NQF Level
  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate


Preferred Qualification
  • Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance / Higher Certificate in Financial Products or any other insurance related qualification.
  • Minimum Experience Level 3 years experience in insurance (life, nonlife or both).
  • Good insurance product knowledge.
  • Good operational insurance experience (minimum of 3 years).
