Our client is a leading company in digital marketing field worldwide.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Lead/Partner Director to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales and operations professionals, driving revenue growth, and establishing strategic partnerships within the digital media sector in South Africa. This leader will play a critical role in expanding our client's client base, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team within our client's organization, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for our client in South Africa.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities on behalf of our client, including strategic partnerships and collaborations within the digital media sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, effectively representing our client and its services.
  • Collaborate with the other teams to develop innovative sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development roles within the digital marketing/digital media industry.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships within the digital sector in South Africa.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
