Description

We are looking for a Head of Design to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in integrating human-centered design principles into our strategy and operations. Your goal will be to enhance customers' lives by creating meaningful experiences. As the Head of Design, you will be in charge of developing and overseeing the Experience Design Strategy for the entire group, establishing design standards, methodology, and governance.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the Design Strategy for the Group to drive impactful experiences for all stakeholders.

Design Capability

  • Ensure the Design Enablement capability is robust, including tools, methodology, knowledge management, and governance.
  • Manage resource planning and reporting within the Design function effectively.
  • Promote the integration of service design and UI/UX design into a unified Experience Design approach.
  • Lead design thinking capability building and advocate for customer-centric practices.
  • Act as the lead for the Design Chapter, overseeing resource allocation and quality management.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Build and guide a diverse team with cross-functional expertise.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders in an agile environment to address business needs and drive innovation.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation, empowering team members to excel in their roles.
  • Lead the cultural transformation necessary for the digital evolution of the organization.

Customer Engagement and Satisfaction

  • Prioritize customer-centricity by understanding and meeting users' needs and challenges.
  • Focus on cultural transformation to amplify the voice of the customer.

Risk Management and Compliance

  • Establish design governance and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Identify and address risks proactively.
  • Create a talent acquisition and skills development roadmap to build a strong Design team.
