Your key job responsibilities as the Sportsbook Call Centre Manager in Johannesburg will include:

  • Manage and motivate a team of customer service representatives to provide excellent customer support for our iGaming platform
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase efficiency, and reduce wait times
  • Analyse customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
  • Provide training and support to new hires and existing team members to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problemsolving across the organisation
Requirements for this Sportsbook Call Centre Manager job in Johannesburg:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the gaming industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Passion for gaming and knowledge of iGaming industry trends and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
