- Relevant Degree, 3-year Diploma, or Equivalent Experience
- 5-8 years of experience as a Service Centre Team Leader
- Proficiency in People management processes
- Familiarity with Performance evaluation procedures
- Call Centre technical and systems knowledge
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Cultivate relationships with Key clients
- Emphasis on team morale and motivation in the workplace
- Coach and oversee the assigned team
- Manage workforce and planning to ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Plan workforce shifts based on demand and capacity
- Conduct performance reviews, identify personal development opportunities, and plan succession
- Offer learning and coaching, taking corrective action when needed
- Ensure staff compliance with call centre objectives, standards, and policies
- Train and onboard new staff
- Conduct quality checks and implement remedial actions
- Approve overtime claims aligned with business needs and regulations
- Hold daily team stand-up meetings to review calls, share insights, and ensure process adherence
- Check data quality and completeness of team activities
- Achieve SLA targets such as call answer ratio and average hold time
- Report on performance against SLA daily, weekly, and monthly
- Offer support to outsourced service team for business continuity
- Continuously improve procedures and systems according to client/organizational goals
- Contribute to the operational strategy and goal-setting
- Identify operational issues and propose improvements
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers to ensure operational excellence
- Prepare key management reports, analyze trends, and suggest solutions
