What you'll be doing

  • Contribute to Hitachi's Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) policy and plan of action which includes coordinating the initiatives, events and programs that support the overall objectives and goals,
  • Coordinate, prepare and review diversityrelated communications, reports and surveys,
  • Coordinate data collection, entry, and reporting processes relative to D&I. Use data to track and report progress on D&I goals and objectives,
  • Update SharePoint or other internal platforms (Teams, Yammer) with D&I focus,
  • Provide technical input, draft policy documents and required briefs/ documents/ reports / presentations related to D&I,
  • Lead research, analysis and evaluation, and quantitative and qualitative research related to D&I,
  • Participate in intercompany meetings and activities to foster collaboration in the D&I space,
  • Plan, prepare, and coordinate D&I events, workshops, presentations, meetings and/or trainings, for employees and other key stakeholders in the organization,
  • Partner proactively with the Human Resources function to develop, facilitate and support D&I best practices.

What you bring to the team

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Human Resources or related discipline,
  • 2 Years work experience, preferably in a multinational environment,
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels,
  • Knowledge of GDPR regulations,
  • Skilled in data administration, reporting and presentations.
