Activations Manager

Introduction
Our client, a beverage manufacturer is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Activations Manager to join their dynamic marketing team.
As an Activations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing activation strategies that drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
You will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and activations.
Key Responsibilities:

Activation Strategy: Develop, execute, and evaluate marketing activation strategies that align with the brand's objectives and target audience. This includes planning and overseeing various promotional campaigns and events.

Event Management: Coordinate and manage events, sponsorships, and activations, ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and within budget. This may include trade shows, experiential marketing, sports events, and more.

Partnerships: Identify and negotiate partnerships with external organizations, influencers, and vendors to enhance brand exposure and engagement. Collaborate with these partners to deliver successful activation campaigns.

Budget Management: Responsible for managing and tracking the budget allocated to activations and events, ensuring cost-effective strategies and reporting to the Head of Marketing regularly.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments such as sales, product development, and creative teams to integrate activation plans into overall marketing strategies. Collaborate on campaign materials, promotions, and product launches.

Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of activations, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns. Provide comprehensive reports to evaluate ROI and effectiveness.

Team Leadership: Oversee a team of activation coordinators or assistants, providing guidance, setting objectives, and facilitating their professional growth.

Compliance: Ensure that all activations adhere to regulatory and legal guidelines. Maintain brand consistency and compliance throughout all activations.

Stakeholder Communication: Establish clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including clear briefing, updates, and post-activation debriefings and analysis.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing activations, event management, or brand promotions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Working on weekends is compulsory.
- Familiarity with the beverage or energy drink industry is a plus.
