Overall, as a Workflow Application Platform Owner, you will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes and improving productivity through the effective use of the workflow application platform.
You will need a strong understanding of workflow automation, business process management, and technical expertise to successfully manage and maximize the value of the workflow application platform.
Platform Strategy:
Develop a strategic roadmap for the workflow application platform, aligning it with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for platform enhancements and improvements to optimize workflow automation and efficiency.
Platform Development:
Oversee the development and customization of workflow applications, collaborating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. Ensure the platform is tailored to meet specific business needs and requirements.
Platform Implementation:
Lead the implementation of the workflow application platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful deployment. Coordinate with IT teams to integrate the platform with existing systems and technologies.
Platform Maintenance and Support:
