Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer the tendering process, from receipt of tender invitations to submission of bids.
  • Review and analyze tender documents, contracts, and specifications.
  • Prepare and issue tender notices, invitations, and related correspondence.
  • Manage and track tender submissions, including receipt, evaluation, and clarification.
  • Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and inputs for tenders.
  • Prepare and compile tender documents, including bids, proposals, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases of tenders, contracts, and suppliers.
  • Provide support and guidance to tender evaluation teams and committees.
  • Monitor and report on tender performance, outcomes, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • 23 years of experience in tender administration, procurement, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of tendering processes, contract management, and procurement principles.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, tender management software, and other relevant tools.
