To be the trusted learning partner by understanding business requirement to effectively deliver appropriate solutions aligned to organisational and business strategy, through extensive partnering and engagement with all relevant Absa Group Limited stakeholders for all Financial Crime end to end learning requirements.


Job Description:

Accountability:
Technical Role Requirements (60%)

  • Assist to send out relevant reports (if required) relating to overdue employees and due dates that are approaching on Financial Crime learning modules.
  • Log short sharp bursts on Service Now for the recordings of videos for informal as well as formal learning.
  • Log learning design and development requirements on Service Now for new learning objects, learning objects that requires updates as well as learning objects that requires extensive maintenance.
  • Review and provide constructive feedback on both formal and informal learning objects.
  • Test learning objects on the Learning Management System (LMS) Pilot platform to ensure learning objects are functional and in accordance with our requirements and standards.
  • Handle the endtoend operational requirements for Financial Crime consequence management.
  • Actively participate in the automated domain access restrictions project (from implementation of the project until post implementation as well as when transitioned to business as usual (BAU) state)
  • Assist with logistics and administration activities related to Financial Crime Masterclasses.
  • Assist to formulate and create the learner evaluation questionnaires and surveys.
  • Actively participate on the Compliance Portal ChatBot project from a Financial Crime learning perspective.
  • Resolve all Financial Crime learning queries at point of contact and ensure that all complex queries are escalated, with timely feedback provided to colleagues.
  • Respond to queries by providing timeously and professional colleague support to the client/colleague via the respective channels to ensure the customer satisfaction.
  • Formulate and provide responses as well as the required data, related to Financial Crime training Audits, inspections and reviews.
  • Verify completion statuses on Cornerstone (LMS) (super user) or from the raw data extracted from Cornerstone (LMS). This could be individually or in bulk (with VLookups).
  • Perform Financial Crime training report verifications as and when required to ensure that source data is correct for stakeholders to utilise.
  • Trouble shoot, do root cause analysis, problem solve and identify process improvements in respect of Financial Crime training reports, to improve efficiencies and end user experience.
  • Responsible for the automated Financial Crime training reports that are published on SharePoint.
  • Maintain QlikSense mapping tables for optimal automated reporting.
  • Engage and interact with various learning communities Group wide.
  • Engage and interact with various external (eg. The Compliance Institute) learning communities.
  • Submit recommendations for enhancements to improve customer (learner) experience and participated and provide feedback on UAT and systems changes, prior to implementation.
  • Assist to followup the noncustomer facing functions (HR, Finance, and IT etc.) employees on all FC learning modules.
  • Provide advice and guidance to all stakeholders in respect of Financial Crime learning modules, reporting requirements, temporary as well as permanent exclusions from Financial Crime learning modules, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to queries by providing timeously and professional colleague support to the colleague via the respective channels to ensure the customer satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative and operations support aligned to the standard operating procedures for the area of responsibility.
  • Participate, provide advice / guidance and deliver on business aligned projects within the designated project timelines.
  • Works within frameworks that are aligned to best practice and Absa's governance and risk appetite.
