We are looking for an organized and self-motivated office administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our ICT department.


You will be responsible for all administrative functions with regard to quotations, orders, invoicing, budget monitoring, contracts, service level agreements, software and hardware renewals, request for quotations and tenders as well as monthly reporting statistics.


In order to be successful in this position you should be deadline driven, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Monitoring the governance frameworks and documents that include policies, process and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure that all policies and standard operating procedures are available on the drive, with signed copies kept for audit purposes.
  • Also monitor annual revision of these to ensure compliance.
  • Management of assets and suppliers over nationwide deployments, incident management, problem management, asset and license management, service management and infrastructure delivery for the Group.
  • Purchasing administration, including 3 quotations, orders, quality assessments on work provided and invoicing
  • Recommendations, tender documents and the governance controlling approvals and segregation of duties
  • Matric
  • ITIL Certification
  • Administration Qualification
  • Project Manager Certification beneficial
  • 3 years relevant proven continuous improvement experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well independently and with a team
  • Computer and Microsoft Office Literacy
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
