Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Plan and manage EM South's Go-to-Market (GTM) process and milestones with the aim to drive synergies, efficiencies and executional excellence
    Key Responsibilities:
  • GTM Process
-**:

  • Plan, prepare and communicate Cluster GTM calendars and timelines aligned with EM Calendar and Global milestones
  • Support and govern timely execution of GTM tasks and milestone completion
  • Coordinate and facilitate Cluster GTM events
  • Prepare, drive & develop GTM related templates and process documents to drive consistency and efficiency
  • Showrooms:
  • Manage seasonal updates to showrooms (including windows) through close collaboration with CTC team
  • Coordinate with CTC managers and visual managers to ensure all updates happen timeously
  • Lead and Project manage showroom updates and renovations as required
  • Manage budgets and external agencies as required
  • Samples:
  • Lead the sample management team
  • Coordinate and facilitate the sample handling process for the Cluster including Sample Warehouse Management, Sample requests and Sample budget
  • Other:
  • Lead and Project manage internal events as required

  • High level of collaboration & strong communication skills
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • More than 5 years of project management and co-ordination experience across complex tasks in a cross-functional environment
  • Leadership experience is an advantage
