Job Purpose
Responsible to provide customer support to clients in an efficient and accurate manner.

You are considered as the company's central administrator and you will solve clients' problems and provide support to all clients and relevant departments.

The goal is to make sure that clients information captured on our systems corresponds with what's on their identification documents by doing quality control on each client.


Duties and Responsibilities
Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues

Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support

Track, direction and redirect problems to correct resources

Update customer data and produce activity reports


Walk customers through their policies terms and conditions and make sure that they have understood what they have agreed to.

Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution

Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations

Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure are done upon clients signing.

Recommended procedure modifications or improvements.

Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services.

Ensures that terms and conditions are read and understood by clients.

Responsible for doing quality control on clients' information provided upon joining policies and request missing documents.

Collect, capture and update clients' information on the system

Upload clients' documents onto the system.

Follow up on services provided to clients during funeral services and during branch visit by communicating to clients.

Generate minimum of 3 leads from each client contacted.

Compile daily, weekly, monthly reports and submit to the Help desk Manager

Perform any other duties as assigned by your superior.

Experience:

Matric is a requirement.

Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Administration or a Professional Qualification in a relevant field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)

Computer Literate

1 year plus experience or experience in a similar field.

Ability to commute/relocate:
