Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Facilities and Incident Report:
  • Uphold the responsibility of drafting, maintaining, and presenting a comprehensive monthly facilities and incident report to the leadership team.
  • Include detailed information on property upkeep, incident management, and any noteworthy changes or improvements.
  • Training and Oversight of Concierge Team:
  • Assist in training new concierge team members and ensuring their adherence to daily Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct regular spot checks on maintenance, cleanliness, and inventory, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting and Communication:
  • Send weekly reports to the Head of Operations and Portfolio Managers, highlighting key performance metrics, guest feedback, and any operational concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with the body corporate, keeping them informed of propertyrelated matters and addressing any queries promptly.
  • Rostering Creation and Audit:
  • Take charge of creating and auditing the roster for the concierge team, ensuring optimal staffing levels and adherence to scheduling requirements.
  • Team Administration:
  • Ensure that team admin tasks are updated daily and meet the company's quality standards. This includes documentation, recordkeeping, and relevant administrative processes.
  • Monthly Concierge Team Meetings:
  • Host and facilitate monthly meetings with the concierge team to discuss updates, address concerns, and collaborate on areas of improvement.
  • Encourage open communication and feedback to enhance team cohesion and performance.
  • Weekly and Daily Updates:
  • Provide weekly and daily reports highlighting updates, successes, and areas for improvement within the property's operations.
  • Address any immediate concerns and collaborate with team members to implement solutions promptly.
  • Commitment to Standard Operating Procedures:
  • Ensure that the concierge team is committed to daily SOPs, emphasizing the importance of consistency and adherence to established procedures.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Implement measures to maintain the quality of team administration, service delivery, and overall property management.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that standards are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Guest Satisfaction Enhancement:
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance guest satisfaction through personalized services, efficient problem resolution, and proactive engagement.

Required Skills:

General Management: 2 to 3 years
Hotel Management: 3 to 4 years
Hotel Experience: 2 to 3 years
