Position Overview:


An all-rounder who is able to manage the FoH & BoH to drive the establishments standards, ensure optimum achievement and retention of guests.

Providing a memorable experience to all guests. Stock and staff Management and the ability to show leadership to the team to optimise and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and exceptional service during peak volumes.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of dedicated professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment while setting and maintaining high standards.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all aspects of the dining experience meet or exceed the established quality standards. Implement and monitor procedures to guarantee consistent excellence.

Guest Interaction: Actively engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Foster a welcoming atmosphere and build lasting relationships with our clientele.

Training and Development: Implement comprehensive training programs for staff to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and service delivery. Continuously assess and improve training methods to keep staff motivated and informed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a luxury dining environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in highpressure situations and handle high volumes while maintaining quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
  • Proven track record in staff training and development.
