Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and govern maintenance strategies for intermodal assets across the system.
Elevate equipment dependability and readiness.
Assure strict adherence to maintenance contracts.
Provide pivotal technical guidance to hasten equipment service return.
Champion the introduction of innovative component alternatives.
Oversee the development and management of expense budgets.
Collaborate with a diverse spectrum of stakeholders, from customers and contractors to other rail counterparts and regulatory agencies.
Build and nurture productive relationships with maintenance teams.
Carry out terminal evaluations and equipment assessments.
Role demands unwavering commitment, including regular overnight troubleshooting travels.

Desired Experience:
Minimum: 3-5 years in relevant roles
Preferred: 6-10 years of progressive experienceEducational Credentials:

Bachelor's Degree (BS) in either Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Deep-seated knowledge in hydraulics, mechanical systems, and electrical dynamics.
