Joining as a Sales Executive in Audio-Visual Technological Solutions means you play a vital role in boosting revenue and nurturing client relationships. Your focus on understanding and meeting client needs with customized AV solutions is crucial for our company's expansion and market presence. Reporting to the Managing Director, you scout new opportunities, meet sales goals, and provide market insights to improve our services. Your dedication ensures our competitiveness and financial stability, fostering ongoing product innovation. In essence, your position links our cutting-edge tech solutions with client demands, upholding our commitment to offering exceptional value and solidifying our leadership in the AV sector.

Main Responsibilities

  • New business development
  • Create Sales Collateral
  • Grow audio/visual revenue and profitability while enhancing client satisfaction from pre-event to post-event service phases. Focus involves acquiring new accounts and managing existing clients.

  • Achieve or surpass sales targets, including lead generation, client conversion, and maintaining relationships for repeat business.

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences. Analyze data to identify new opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge and Demonstration
  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of offered products and solutions. Showcase product features and benefits to potential clients, emphasizing how their needs can be met.

Job Assessment: Sales Executive

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Establish and nurture strong client connections. Maintain regular communication, address queries, and provide post-sales support to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Reporting and Projections
  • Maintain accurate sales records, generate routine sales reports, and offer sales forecasts to management.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency and provide a seamless client journey. Responsibilities include sharing client feedback, coordinating sales initiatives, and contributing to product enhancements.
  • Build and maintain key account relationships.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Marketing or Project Management qualification desirable
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, specifically in the audiovisual industry or related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in audio-visual equipment, systems, and certifications.
  • Computer & Technology Literacy: Skilled in MS Office suite, sales software, CRM tools, and industry-specific design software.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to identify client needs, tailor solutions, and negotiate effectively.
  • Market Awareness: Understanding of industry trends, competitor landscape, and proactive engagement in industry events.
