We are looking at expanding our representative footprint in the Gauteng area.

We require enthusiastic and sales driven independent sales agents for:

  • Johannesburg (Up to Midrand, Vaal Triangle, Meyerton, Sasolburg, Secunda (current 215 outlets)
  • Pta, (Up to Midrand) & Hartebeespoort Dam, as far as Reyton (current 162 outlets)
  • Mainstream Market
The positions are commission based only, (payable from Rand 1, on last day of the month).

Responsibilities:

As an independent sale agent, you will be fully committed to achieving set sales targets with mínimal supervision.

You will demonstrate effective communication, administration and planning skills, and regularly service your allocated customers on a Min 2 & Max 4 week Call Cycle

You will have the full support of our sales office and receive appropriate Catalogues and Price Lists as required.

Our marketing team will provide you with promotional and campaign material on a regular basis.

Servicing Multiple Principals is allowed, as long as they do not clash with our product range

These positions report into the National Sales Manager & Key Accounts Manager, depending on the customers serviced.

Requirements:

  • Minimum matric
  • At least 5 years sales experience within a retail environment (proven sales track record is a must).
  • Experience working with Pick 'n Pay, Spar, Mica, Build-It, Buco, Obaro (Advantageous).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a reliable vehicle, laptop/PC and cell phone.
  • Experienced in cold calling
  • Proficient in both English and Afrikaans
  • Computer literate

Commission:

Income will vary depending on the season and efforts put in.


Average commission vary between R R40 000 per month, but this is UNCAPPED, and you are able to increase this amount as much as your possibly can with your sales.


Salary:
R15 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
