Key duties include:

  • Quotations: Generate quotes for products and services within defined timelines, showcasing commitment to surprising and impressing our clients
  • Supplier & Client Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication between clients and suppliers, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Opportunity creation: Proactively identify potential clients through incoming sales calls, aligning with our ideal target market.
  • Order Management: Champion timely and accurate order statuses and delivery.
  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive support.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the different departments to understand client needs and provide the right services and solutions.
  • Drive the WOW Factor: Uphold our company values by ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations every time


Requirements
  • Matric qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a Managed Services environment.
  • Experience with Distributors and knowledge of Microsoft Services and Products.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong organizational and administrative ability.
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking ability.
  • Process driven mindset with a strong problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
