- Contact all clients quoted on a daily basis, following up and reporting on opportunities.
- Preparation of accurate estimates for customers offering the best possible logistics solutions.
- Maintain rate records and database.
- Communicate in a friendly and efficient way with clients to ensure service satisfaction.
- Ensure all completed estimates are stored as backup on the Z-Drive.
- Report on monthly statistical information
- Assess all enquires and determine which enquiries are timewasters and bench markers, therefore balancing the workload according to the opportunity assessed.
