Your Role at the company:
The UX Design Lead will take charge of and steer the design for multiple products. Working closely with product management, engineering, and executive leadership in a dynamic, collaborative setting, you will drive the user experience of products from initial concepts through launch and beyond. We are seeking a skilled and experienced designer with exceptional problem-solving skills, clear communication abilities, strong design instincts, and meticulous attention to detail to tackle complex issues that demand elegant, customer-centric solutions. Ideal candidates are adaptable, responsive, and proactive individuals who bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to daily projects.

What You'll Do:
- Be part of a team of UX designers and researchers, cultivating a collaborative and innovative work environment conducive to creativity and growth.
- Define and communicate the UX vision, strategy, and design principles to ensure alignment and coherence across projects.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to grasp business objectives, user requirements, and technical limitations, transforming them into compelling user experiences.
- Lead design reviews, offer constructive feedback, and mentor team members to help them enhance their skills and evolve as designers.
- Collaborate with user researchers to gather feedback for refining design decisions and enhancing the user experience.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to convey design solutions and steer implementation effectively.
- Establish high standards for flawless designs and attention to detail, ensuring that all outputs meet set quality benchmarks.
- Set up and maintain design standards, patterns, and best practices to guarantee consistency and quality in UX deliverables.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design, and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.

What You Have?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a history of leading successful design projects from inception to launch.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Sound grasp of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the knack for effectively presenting and explaining design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Background in building and managing design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
- Proven expertise in designing SaaS applications, with a deep understanding of the distinctive challenges and considerations involved.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a fervor for creating pixel-perfect designs.
- Experience in leading and supervising a team of designers is highly desirable.
- Portfolio showcasing a variety of UX/UI design projects and processes.
