The Graphic Designer will be in charge of creating visually appealing designs that match the company's brand identity and marketing objectives. This position involves working with different departments to produce digital and print materials, ensuring consistent visual communication across all channels. The ideal candidate should have a solid portfolio demonstrating their design abilities, expertise in design software, and the knack for turning concepts into impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Creation:
    • Generate innovative concepts and designs for various marketing materials like brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, website elements, and ads.
    • Create visual content for digital platforms, such as websites, email campaigns, and social media.
    • Develop branding materials like logos, business cards, and corporate presentations.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to grasp project requirements and goals.
    • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and fellow designers to deliver cohesive and captivating content.
    • Pitch design concepts to stakeholders and integrate feedback for refining designs.
  • Brand Consistency:
    • Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and maintain a unified look across all materials.
    • Update and manage the company's visual assets and design templates.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously to ensure prompt delivery and adherence to deadlines.
    • Stay updated on design trends and tools to enhance the quality of designs continuously.
    • Keep organized files and documentation of design projects for easy retrieval and reference.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of graphic design experience as a minimum requirement.
  • Expertise in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for web design purposes.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
  • Experience with photography and photo editing.
