The main purpose of this job is to ensure smooth operations by managing various administrative tasks, including updating job trackers, managing the workshop team, meeting deadlines, handling dispatch and invoicing processes, coordinating courier services, managing stock, addressing team issues, operating the switchboard, and maintaining office organization.

Additionally, the role involves managing financial tasks such as retrieving receipts, allocating payments, and handling debt collection for overdue accounts.

Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential. Additionally, familiarity with logistics software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems would be advantageous.
