Minimum Requirements:

  • Energetic, well-presented, and professional
  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification
  • Tertiary Certificate/Diploma in Marketing or sales preferred
  • 2 to 3 years recent experience in sales, specifically in customer service-oriented sales
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Committed to excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literate in MS Office with strong MS Excel skills
  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends
  • Eager and willing to grow

Duties:

  • Inbound and outbound sales of Private Tertiary Education packages and courses
  • Attend expos and school visits
  • Responsible for working leads, closing sales, and managing inquiries
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries
  • Engage with potential customers
  • Conduct outbound sales calls
  • Promote products/services and schedule appointments
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Utilize sales software
  • Collaborate with marketing team
  • Stay informed about trends and market developments
  • Achieve and exceed targets while upholding high standards of professionalism
  • Participate in training programs

Salary: R gross basic + commission
