Finance Customer Services Representative

The role:
We're looking for an experienced customer services representative to join our dynamic Finance team based in Cape Town/Remotely.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Responsible for finance customer services function
- Adhere to communication principles.
- Ensure complaints/questions are answered/resolved in a reasonable timeframe.
- Assist customers with any account queries.
- Facilitate the collection of overdue payments, contacting all customers identified in arrears on the AR Age Analysis, resolve reasons for nonpayment and log all customer interactions.
- Transmit letter of demand to all customers in arrears of 60 days
- Report incidents, and manage accordingly.
- Reporting:
- Assists with the compilation of bad debts list.
- Assist with monthend reports pertaining to customer services within the finance department.
Requirements:
- Grade 1 13 Years relevant experience in customer service
- A bookkeeping or accounting diploma would be advantageous
- Bilingual, with excellent communication skills essential
- Computer literate ability to work on Excel, MS Outlook
- Communication (written and verbal)
- Sharing and cooperating
- Work under pressure
- Dealing with changing circumstances
