Office Administrator

We are looking for a friendly, energetic receptionist who will manage our beautiful office in Kramerville Head Office, along with all the office/property admin.


Education, experience, and competencies required:

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • At least 24 years of professional working experience as a receptionist / office administrator or in a similar field
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office

Key responsibilities required (but not limited to):

  • Handling all phone calls and conveying messages, booking of boardrooms
  • Managing all office maintenance; liaising with the building management on any repairs or daytoday issues, parking etc
  • Organising small office parties and inhouse events
  • Managing the tea lady to ensure that the office is kept clean and tidy, that all guests are offered tea or coffee
  • Ensuring that basic office necessities are ordered and seen to in a timely manner
  • Booking of accommodation and travel arrangements for management
  • Managing the petty cash

Required:

  • Fluent in English and other languages will be advantageous
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Able to multitask

Pay:
R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month

Experience:

  • Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (required)
