Requirements:

  • Grade 1

  • 5 to 8 years of experience as an
    Assistant Financial Controller must come from a Hotel background (Must be able to manage everything for the GM):
  • Ensure smooth and efficient running of the Finance Division and Information Systems Department, maximising utilisation of technology
  • Operations
  • Liaise with the legal consultants for all legal matters
  • Spot check the prescribed foreign exchange transaction procedures are correctly adhered to.
  • Examine daily costing reports
  • Sign all contracts
  • Financial aspect all round, manage budgets, attend to audits, verifications
  • Assist the General Manager in the preparation of capital expenditure authorisation requests
  • Personnel, oversea the recruitment and selection process of all finance and IS employees
  • Administration /queries
  • Other duties, attend and contribute to all training sessions and meetings required
  • Must have knowledge in statutory legislation in taxes, employee and industrial relations
  • Maintain a professional relationship all round
  • Adhere to policies and procedures
