A well-renowned wholesaler is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Dispatch Supervisor to join their team. This role will be responsible for the efficient and safe scheduling/execution of the company's logistics and dispatch.

Responsibilities:

Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.

Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.

Maintaining suitable inventory levels and requesting any required materials.

Checking orders, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.

Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.

Logging and tracking required documentation in relation to all applicable deliveries.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric). Qualification in business, management, logistics or a related field will be an advantage.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.

Must speak Afrikaans & English

Experience in FMCG essential.

Must have own vehicle.

Must be willing to work longer hours including opening and closing the warehouse.
