The duties will include but not limited to:

  • Acting as Tyre Supervisor at the designated Fleet.
  • Physically deploying the Tyre Policy Practices onsite at the designated Fleet.
  • Train onsite tyre people on all aspects of SLA (Tyre Maint., Admin. & Management).
  • Manage onsite tyre people & ensure that onsite tyre duties are filled as per SLA.
  • Ensure quality & validity of onsite paperwork.
  • Audit the site SLA compliance using the Fleet Tools (TMS program / Scrap program)
  • Report weak areas/issues to the Contract manager.
  • Assist & advise the onsite personnel on tyre related matters.
  • Do & verify weekly stock counts onsite.
  • Do Scrap Tyre Analysis, Fleet Survey & Casing Tracking for designated Fleet.
  • Maintain Tyre Management Software.
  • Ensure quality & validity of Tyre Management Information (TMI)
  • Maintain & build relationship with onsite personnel of designated Fleet.
  • Accountable for the administration & queries relating to the designated Fleet.
  • Collect, verify & update fleet details on a regular basis.
  • Attend weekly & monthly operation meetings of designated Fleet.
  • Perform regular wheel alignment checks and settings on designated Fleet's vehicles, or as per wheel alignment schedule.
  • Responsible for breakdown, coordinating breakdown fleet

Requirements:

  • Grade 1
  • Microsoft Office working knowledge
  • Must have 3 years experience in the same or similar role.
  • Prior experience in the Motor Industry.
  • Must have own vehicle and valid dirvers license
  • Must have strong tyre knowledge and experience.
