We are looking to hire a Head of Product Marketing to lead our team. This is a full-time, remote position.
Our client is the industry-leading marketing agency providing marketing services serving American and Canadian optometric practices.

Established in 2005, the company holds a unique niche in focusing solely on the optometric market and serving over 1900 clients and growing.

We are a virtual company, employing a global team of Web Development, SEO, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support experts who conduct day-to-day business online.

As the Head of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products and services through effective go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.

You will lead a talented team responsible for (but not exclusively) executing promotional activities across a wide range of channels including social media, content marketing, digital ads, influencer marketing, partner marketing, event marketing, PR activities, and other innovative means.

By leveraging your strategic vision, leadership, and expertise in these areas, you will be instrumental in increasing brand visibility, driving customer acquisition, and fostering customer engagement and loyalty.

This is a full-time remote position with expectations to work North American hours (approximately 8 am EST to 4 pm EST).


Responsibilities:


Lead and mentor a team responsible for executing promotional activities across multiple channels, including social media, content marketing, digital ads, influencer marketing, partner marketing, event marketing, PR, and marketing automation.

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our products and services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Brand, to develop compelling marketing messages, value propositions, and positioning for our products and services.

Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media platforms, and display networks to maximize reach and impact.

Plan and manage PR activities, including crafting press releases, developing media relations, coordinating interviews, and securing coverage in relevant publications to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand presence, engage with the target audience, and drive website traffic and conversions.

Lead influencer marketing initiatives, including identifying and partnering with industry influencers and thought leaders to amplify brand reach, credibility, and PR efforts.

Collaborate with strategic partners to develop joint marketing programs and campaigns that drive mutual growth and benefit, incorporating PR components when relevant.

Plan and coordinate impactful event marketing activities, including industry conferences, trade shows, and webinars, to generate leads, build brand awareness, and engage with prospects and customers.

Leverage marketing automation tools such as Hubspot to streamline and optimize campaign execution, lead nurturing, and customer engagement processes.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website metrics, and customer insights to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Proven experience (10+ years) in product marketing or related roles, with a strong focus on go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, including PR strategies and media relations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate key messages.
Proficiency in leveraging marketing automation tools and platforms for campaign execution, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and interpret campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving objectives.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and creative, to align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive cohesive go-to-market initiatives.

Experience in managing and leading a team, fostering their growth and development, and ensuring their successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
