We are looking to hire a Call Coordinator / Administrator who is responsible for managing and coordinating communication, within a service or support environment. Their role includes a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between teams and clients. 

What you’ll do:

  • Ticket Management
  • Administration
  • Reporting
  • Quality control
  • SLA Management
  • Direct User communication verbally and written 

Your expertise:

  • 1-2 years of administrative work experience via Service Desk, Call Coordinating or similar.
  • Good communication skills and fluent in English verbally and written

  • Attention to Detail
  • Self-sufficient

Qualifications required:

  • Grade 12
  • Soft skills
  • Computer and MS Office Literate (Administrative Certificate)
  • Qualifications preferred:
    • ITIL Foundation V3
